pussy77 FAQ for Malaysia Players

After registering a new account and making your first deposit, the pussy77 welcome bonus will be credited automatically to your account. No special promo code is required. Make sure you deposit at least RM20 to qualify for a 100% bonus up to RM1,500. This bonus is available for all deposit methods supported by the platform.

The wagering requirement for the pussy77 welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, you need to reach a total wagering amount of RM2,500 (RM100 × 25) before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, not the total account balance.

Online slot games generally contribute in full towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack also count, though the contribution rate may vary by game. For accurate information on eligible games, check the Bonus Terms section at pussy77 or contact our customer support team, available 24/7.

Yes, the welcome bonus at pussy77 has a set period within which the wagering requirements must be completed. If the requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited. We recommend reading the Terms & Conditions carefully or asking our support team for further clarification.

Sure. Say you deposit RM3,200 — the maximum bonus you can receive is RM1,500, bringing your account balance to RM4,700. The wagering requirement to be met is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500. Remember, the calculation is based on the bonus amount received, not your deposit amount.

That's right. pussy77 live chat operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You do not need to wait for office hours to get help. Whether it's a question about deposits, a technical issue, or a bonus enquiry — our agents are ready to respond whenever you need them.

Send your enquiry to the pussy77 support email address shown at the bottom of this page. Email is suitable for issues that require document attachments such as screenshots or proof of transaction. For a faster response, we recommend using live chat. Include your account username in every message to speed up the review process.

To speed up the resolution of your issue, have the following information ready before contacting pussy77 support: your account username, the transaction ID number (if related to a deposit or withdrawal), a screenshot of the error or problem you are experiencing, and a brief description of what happened and when. This information helps our agents assess and resolve your case more efficiently.

The minimum deposit at pussy77 is RM20 and this applies to all available deposit methods. Whether you use Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, or cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH — the minimum limit is the same, which is RM20 per transaction.

pussy77 supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank as examples), and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH. You can choose whichever method suits you best each time you make a deposit.

If your deposit has not been credited within the expected time, don't panic. First, check the transaction records in your banking app or e-wallet to confirm the payment was successfully processed. Then, contact pussy77 live chat support and include your proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction receipt) and the relevant transaction ID. Our team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

pussy77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some third-party financial service providers such as banks or e-wallet platforms may have their own charges depending on their policies. For crypto deposits, the network fee (gas fee) is the responsibility of the sender and is determined by the relevant blockchain, not pussy77.

To use FPX, log in to your pussy77 account and go to the "Deposit" section. Select the FPX / Online Banking method, enter the deposit amount, then choose your bank from the available list. You will be directed to your bank's online banking portal to confirm the transaction. Once successful, your pussy77 account balance will be updated.

Yes. pussy77 provides betting markets for various football leagues including the Malaysia Super League and the English Premier League (EPL). You can place bets on match results, Asian handicap, over/under goals, and more. Malaysian players in particular will find the local league market options more complete compared to other platforms that focus only on European leagues.

Yes, badminton is among the supported sports in the pussy77 sportsbook section. You can place bets on major BWF tournaments including world-level competitions. Given the strong interest among Malaysian players in this sport, pussy77 offers a range of market options for each professional badminton match listed.

Malay odds are a popular odds format in Malaysia that uses positive and negative values. A positive value (e.g. +0.75) means you win more than your stake; a negative value (e.g. -1.25) means you need to stake more to win RM1. Decimal odds show the total return for every RM1 staked — easier to calculate directly. pussy77 supports both formats for the convenience of players.

Sports bets at pussy77 are settled automatically once the official result of a match is confirmed. For most sports, settlement happens within a few minutes after the match ends. Winnings are credited directly to your account balance. If there is a result dispute or a match is postponed, bets will be settled according to the sportsbook rules stated in the pussy77 Terms & Conditions.

Odds movement is normal in the sportsbook industry. It happens due to various factors such as changes in team composition (injuries, absence of key players), the flow of bets from multiple players, or updated information about the match. At pussy77, the odds displayed when you confirm your bet slip are the odds that apply to that bet — which may differ from the odds shown initially.

Yes. The pussy77 website is fully responsive and can be accessed through your mobile browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox without installing any application. For Android (Chrome): open the pussy77 website, tap the three-dot menu icon at the top right corner, then select "Add to Home screen". For iPhone (Safari): open the website, tap the Share icon (box with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom, then select "Add to Home Screen". Try these steps in order: first, clear your browser cache — in Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data and check "Cache". Second, make sure your internet connection is stable (switch between WiFi and mobile data if needed). Third, fully reload the page by holding down the refresh button. If the problem persists, contact pussy77 support for further assistance.

If your internet connection drops while a game is in progress, most games at pussy77 will pause at the last state recorded by the server. When you reconnect and log back in, the game or round in progress will be completed according to the result already determined by the system. Your account balance will not be affected by a connection disruption on your end.

The pussy77 website is optimised for both platforms. Slots from developers such as PG Soft and Pragmatic Play, live casino games, and the sportsbook all work well on a small mobile screen. Graphics quality and game speed depend on your device's specifications and the quality of your internet connection. For the best experience, use a recent mobile phone with a stable 4G or WiFi connection.
